We were pleased to have guest speaker Emma Asiedu-Akrofi, Executive Director of the Jean Augustine Centre, outline their programs in training and guiding young women through a variety of skills development programs. Emma has provided us with both her general presentation on their wide variety of training opportunities, followed by a “Case For Support” encouraging organizations, including Rotary Clubs, to directly support the Jean Augustine Centre in “Empowering Young Women” The presentations provide inspiring insight into their operations, and the driving force of their remarkable founder, the Honourable Dr. Jean Augustine.
